Read between the lines

Messages or anything written without sound or body language; without the ability to evoke emotions or intention, is often the reason for miscommunication. A simple " Don't be silly!" Can be spoken in jest or in contempt, with humor intentions or with disrespectful feelings. But how can that be avoided?

Do we read with an open mind? Do we really understand the message, or start to misconstrue with negative sentiments? I believe it all comes from within. I have a good friend, whom sees things with a pure heart, even though everyone around him can see how mistreated he was, we see people taking advantage of him or criticising him, yet he never thought badly of those "evil doers", until he sees it for himself. One can say he is an idiot, or one can say he is foolish. But I personally think that he is living a wonderful life.

Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.
The faith he has in the people around him, inevitably allows him to not have anger in his heart; allows him to have trust, that rumors are merely rumors.

So why do people like to read between the lines? Why do they like to think worse of someone's words? Does it stem from insecurities? Or has life gone belly up that everything has to be bad?

Well all I know is that somethings are not rumors, and I am glad someone captured the truth.
So far, 2 innocent lives have been taken and the MSM have yet to report the truth. All they have reported and the only simple thing I read between the lines of the trashy newspapers is what a nice handsome successful man he is, and not how he beat a red light at 4am with a young chick beside him while his pregnant wife and kid is at home waiting for their wonderful dad who just got back from a business trip.
Oh wait, a tourist and a sole-bread earner taxi driver with 3 kids has also died. And they are just collateral damage to his rare expensive 599 GTO...what an awful waste...(And don't read between the lines - I was being sarcastic and cynical, at the same time)
